An exhibition of the giant 21 Taras Thangka, a Tibetan Buddhist painting used for meditation & peaceful contemplation, skillfully crafted using sacred geometry, designed to take those who gaze at it into a state of calm, peacefulness & mindfulness; . a chance to slow down & drop into the heart space; . an invitation to absorb some powerful divine feminine Tara energy of . Strength Wisdom & Compassion . This is the 2nd time this awe inspiring piece of art has been displayed in full ~ due to its massive size, finding a venue that can display it in its entirety is a mission in itself. . If you feel called in any way, I invite you to join us tomorrow ~ the event is open from 10am – 6pm, is completely free & all are welcome. , 🌹 The intention of this artwork is for all who see it to be blessed, for their wishes to be granted, and for the ripple effect of blessings & benefit to reach everyone who comes in contact with those who see it. . Just being in the presence of the 21 Taras is a meditation in itself 🌹 . 💧I've been making extra space for my dreams, lately… . following the hints, the nudges, the light bulbs, the calls.. . allowing myself to play with ideas, to watch them expand; to create space for more to land. . giving myself permission to begin; free from push or need or expectation of outcome. . creating for creation's sake… . playing, because I can. . and it feels beautiful 🙏💜 . . will be sharing this new creative project here, soon; having so much fun dancing between action & movement & just sitting back & watching it all take shape. . feeling like I did as a little kid; wondering what has taken me so long to play this way again… . giving myself full permission to just flow with the dream….. . 💧

• long time no dance… (on here, at least!) • . 2 years between dancing videos & a lot has changed.. my hair is so long I have a whole new body part to dance with now & frankly it feels really fucking good to swing that shit around 😂 . I'll admit it felt odd setting up a device to make another video after so long, but one thing that hasn't changed is how INCREDIBLE it feels to move & the unfightable urge within that moment to share the experience & not hoard all that goodness for myself . hoping my joy in this moment of dance translates like old times to whoever is here to tune in & receive . with love, always ♡ + the invitation to put on some tunes & get moving, too xx

• r e – e m e r g i n g • . music movement simplicity . back into the heart & the body after deep immersion of shadow integration for months . shaking the residue off & finding my groove again . remembering the medicine & the power of my devotion to dance..

• d e e p • i n i t i a t i o n s • . a long haitus from being seen, online, potentially coming to a close in the midst of miriad initiations. . finding myself dancing with & exploring uncomfortable aspects of my souls curriculum, feelings resonant with childhood wounding stretching me "like a canvas for future works of art" . questioning why, in the middle of this, do I feel called to dip my into toes back into this space. uncertain, unclear, uncomfortable, but taking action, even so. . no purpose other than self expression. no result necessary. no push, no force, no expectation. . no need to be witnessed by anyone other than myself. . making an offering, no matter, holding myself with love through a process no-one else need understand. . dipping in my toes to see how it feels… trusting my heart will know if it's time to take a swim, or simply continue walking along the shore .
